That's quite a list! I have the same reloading problem on my Android phone, which is where I do pretty much all my reading. I love finding great fic in epub format! AO3 has become a godsend. I willl have to look through more of your list, but Birth of the Serpent King looked extremely promising, so I went to download it but wordpress download modules don't play well with mobbile browsers evidently so I will have to wait until I can transfer the file from a PC. However did you find that author? I am constantly amazed at the many and varied places that h/d fic pops up around the net, and I have no idea how this all gets disseminated sometimes! I started out on fanfiction.net and have been active on LJ for about a year, but I'm always learning more about this amazing fandom!

It's funny--stumbling on Birth of the Serpent King was complete happenstance. I was searching my delicious.com links for a different fic that I'd saved with "serpent" in the title, and Birth of the Serpent King came up under the first page of "serpent" links from all of delicious. I haven't read it yet, though, but it looks good!

I originally came from a fandom that posted almost entirely on FFn and one other fandom-specific site, so I'm still really getting used to LJ and all of the other sites, too, and I almost exclusively use other people's rec lists to find stuff. I wouldn't even have the first idea how to go about it otherwise.

I love AO3. Makes downloading stuff soooo easy.

Twilighted, perchance? That's where I came from. I got into E/J slash, then found a hilarious h/d sort of Twilight crossover and got completely hooked on drarry.

BTW I notice you aren't watching accio_hd_fics...careful, it is dangerously addictive! You can find just about anything in the tags there!

Haha, that's exactly where I came from :) Except I was all Jasper/Bella, then Jasper/Peter (of which there was basically none at the time). I read some E/J but never got into it like I've been into H/D or Merlin/Arthur.

Oooh, I will go check that out right now. Thanks!! :D
