I just got yelled at by my uncle in Jersey. He basically got angry with me and told me that I'm supposed to contact mom's kids if and when I notice something's wrong with her health. That goes for dad too. Not like any of them give a damn about my dad anyway; after all, he's their step-father and they've stated their dislike of him on more than one

Hi, Ell. *Hugs!* I hope your mom's alright. I've experienced that, only with 16 others who've died in the past 3 years. And you are right, actions are a whole lot stronger than words. Why can't they take a few days or so from their lives to see her (in person) to know how she's doing for themselves rahter than leave it up to you to inform them?
