My cousin joey wrote a song called Dear Jodie, about John Hinckley shooting Regan, because he was in love with Jodie Foster and he did it for her or something. It's funny.

In the Sondheim musical 'Assassins' there's actually a very pretty song sung by John Hinkley to Jodie Foster, and it's a sort of duet with Lynette Squeaky Fromme singing to Charles Manson.
