"Meat" Pie

Ok so I found several meat pie recipes that I like. Now to decide which one must be made :D In case anyone is interested (and for my own reference for this weekend) here are the recipes in the running.

The austrailian meat pie with lamb sounds ok, but none of them really sound good to me...

It's hard for me to decide if I think they will be good or not as I've never really done the meat pie thing before. Jenn's steak and guinness pie is really good tho. I'm kinda waiting to see what Andrew thinks.

The diffrence is that that cooks down with the sauce and onions and makes it's own gravy where as these have a high possibility of ending up really dry.

Well the ones that call for cheese I would kinda expect the cheese to help keep it from being too dry, at least as long as you don't use low fat cheese.
