my 80-year-old soviet grandma has taken up watching baseball for the first time in her life. i was visiting and walked into the kitchen today to hear her explaining to my grandfather what an RBI is, in russian, after which she had to explain it to me, after which she packed a giant container of borscht for me to bring home. still completely

haha. i was just making hot chocolate on the stove and wandered off. wandered to computer, read things, read this comment. melting pot. melting pot!? ran over to kitchen in time to save what little was left in an angry boiling over pot. had to scrape burnt milk/ chocolate for 10 minutes, but i think you unintentionally saved my kitchen a good amount of grief.
and i’m sure this story has a moral but i’ll have to figure that one out later.

mat and i are planning another operation relliM for mod 28. okay, maybe not quite as fancy, but ideas so far:
-ball pit!!
-mat has new sheep, chickens, and an ox, i'll ask him if they enjoy travelling.
-other stuff.
