brandeis dating scene

Thanks for the story, I had a laugh:)
The dialogue could be used as an instance of “dramatic irony” and I would have stolen it (with your permission, of course)… Unfortunately, it’s one of those that’s “lost in translation” from English, at least to my native language.

heh, nope, russian makes more sense than english.
as far as stealing things- i have no attachment to anything i ramble/ post in here whatsoever, so not worried about that.

I was surfing through some of the posts in the philosophy community. As usually, a bunch of angry "professional thinkers" (or, should I say "tinkers"?) were giving hard time to somebody who posted something not extremely relevant from the regulars' viewpoint. Then I came across your comment and felt good to find out there are kinder members of that community:) Then I clicked on your link, and then read the story on "dating" skeletons and really liked it... And then I read through some other posts in your livejournal and liked your style. So, I'll be dropping in once in a while:)
Internet has some really weird ways of bringing you to the places you didn't even know they exist:))

haha, gotcha. yeah that's partially why i probably wouldn't post in that community, it's just fun to read. people can be so ridiculous, it's funny and kinda sad at the same time.
