*sigh* Because nobody else will do it. And we're Journeymen. Which means we are supposed to fill in when needed.

Whenever we kick it up to the office to find someone else to do it, they say "Lionel has to find someone." I'm not sure how Info Booth became his responsibility, but it seems he has to find someone, and who else does he have?

As avhi said, this will certainly get more people to sign up for the Journeyman program next year...
