Going through the motions.
You know, it’s funny how your mood can change from one second to another.
Cause just a few minutes ago, I was the happiest girl on earth!
Why?
Because RICHARD SPEIGHT, JR called me!!!!!
He called me from the Jus in Bello Con, thanks to katwoman76 , telling me how sorry he was that I couldn’t be there, that he wasn’t able to go to Birmingham and if I was going to any future conventions.
Unfortunately, I’m not. So he said we would keep contact via facebook! Meeeep!
Oh, and of course, as always, I couldn’t help but making a fool of myself when he called me and I couldn’t stop saying “Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, I’m so nervous right now” And he asked “Why?” And I replied “cause it’s YOU!”
Well, at least, that made him laugh!
But yeah, every coin has another side and so my happy mood (I was shaking and barely able to breathe!) was ruined, when I told my parents.
My father smiled nicely, though he didn’t quite get why I was so freaking out, but yeah, he reacted very polite.
But my Mom just stared at me when I told her what just happened and she answered in such a disapproving tone “That there are far more important things in the world than this and that this would be nothing to be so excited about!”
Yeah, thanks for ruining the second happiest moment in my life!
I’ll always happily return the favor!
