My suggestion is run. XD I have seen one journal that is using that and it looks horrible. XD There were even ads on the profile page...

Some of the people on my friends list tried it...for about five minutes. XD They really didn't like it either and quickly changed back. There have been so many of us talking about it today...

It has also been said that it may mess up any customizations that you have done to your journal (to the layouts). Not certain about that but that's what I have been told that LJ said could happen.

thanks for your thought, right now i am trying it just for a day or two to see how it goes, just those google side bar things are there, so far no pop-ups or anything, but well see...

HEY ELLEN! omg i haven't talked to you in for so long T__T

ah the ad thing, well personally the only reason why i'd do the sponser thing is for the 15 user pics. i doubt i would use the scrap book or mobile function so it wouldn't really be much use for me

Can you switch between them? If you can switch back, try it out. If it looks terrible, switch back. GJ works on the ad thing and I think it's okay. But a clean looking LJ is nice too... it's still your journal though so ultimately you should decide if the features are worth it. :)

Yeah, you should just try it out even though I don't like the thing about the ads showing up because I hate ads.
