Beautiful!! Clark's emotions are vividly portrayed and heartbeaking to read. You have a way with words that makes every sentence flow poeticallly. I loved this.

Thank you! I've always loved the idea that Clark can always hear the heartbeat of Lois (or in this case, Chloe) no matter where he is. Hence this little bunny that hopped in my lap and wouldn't leave me be, lol.
