Oh, Dr Caine, you're a boring, pretentious little twat.

Oh, Dr Rush, you're a sensible, rational man.

Oh, Colonel Young. What. A. Moron.

intervention, sgu

And how snotty was the 'I've got nothing to say to you' thing to Varro. He's a tit.

Not sure about the Caine thing entirely. If they do something with it, yeah, maybe, but as soon as he showed up, I just went, 'Oh, piss off.'

Rush, well, you see at the end what it took out of him. Bluffing for your life is a trifle exhausting, clearly.

It's interesting that Rush has won some respect from Scott, who is a total dunce, but even he is starting to question Young

I thought that was really significant for Scott. After questioning Young's actions in Incursion Pt2 and being told to basically pull his head in and follow orders blindly (which is contradictory to protocol) and then watching Young lose the ship, it seems the lad's eyes are starting to open to reality. It would be good to see him on Rush's "side" for a change, instead of continuing his hero-worship of someone who is clearly not cut out for the job.

I loved that Rush used his formidable brain to outmanouevre the LA, and stood firm against entreaties from the others. I thinks it's interesting how Brody does what Rush says, even while declaiming "It's his idea."

Scott and Greer were so badass, and their actions and Rush's just showed up Young even more.

I loved the scene of Rush in his quarters, unable to sleep. He may make the hard calls, but it does trouble him.

So looking forward to this week's episode!
