Shirts tomorrow?
Just a heads up - if all goes well, I should be posting the Elliott shirts tomorrow! (If you have no idea what I'm talking about, look here - http://community.livejournal.com/elliottsmith/1239410.html)
I'm going to be listing four handmade shirts in my Etsy shop, and they will be $25. Shipping will be a flat rate of $3.50 to anywhere at all (yes, that means internationally, too =]).
If you miss out this time and really want a shirt, don't worry too much - I'm hoping to get more blank shirts soon and I'm going to be trying to come up with some more ideas. If there's a particular picture you like or an idea you have, don't hesitate to post it here! I'm probably going to stick to buying medium sized shirts since everyone seems to be okay with that, but again, speak up if you that doesn't work for you. I'm here to make Elliott fans happy, okay? Haha...
The money from these shirts is going straight to helping my fiance (he's blanestone and he comments here pretty often - we're that cheesy couple that met through this community ^^). He tried to move out here to California from Wisconsin so we could actually be together like normal people who get engaged (haha), but his job/apartment search didn't work out and he had to go back...as things stand right now, we're just trying to find ways to see each other for a week at a time every couple of months like before. He was planning to be here at the end of July, but he lost his job the paycheck before he was going to buy his plane ticket because they were cutting back on people, so things aren't looking so great. I'm not trying to make you feel bad for me or anything like that, just letting you know that I do not plan to spend what I get in return for this on anything stupid...haha. I just want to try to see if we can't pull off some crazy miracle and still get him here for a week in July.
