YUM! Let me know how it comes out. Please post your recipe. I've got a couple but I always enjoy others' input.

(Maybe you already know this) Whole Foods and many ethnic stores have all kinds of great, well... ethnic... ingredients you can't find in the Normal Cooking World. I found harissa at WF when I made merguez :). Occasionally they make their own merguez (mine's better).

Wow, I don't think I have met anyone whom knew what a cassoulet was let alone attempt to make one.

Then again, I should have assumed you would know how anyway. ;)
