Black Alice Lucky Pack
So I went on a ten hour bus ride to Singapore and made my cousin not go to work for one whole day to accompany me to the Cathay where Black Alice is located.
It was such a sweet store, much smaller than I expected though, but still all kinds of lovelies. I tried on brand the whole day while my cousin and his wife sat on the sofa and flip through all the Gothic and Lolita Bibles. My mother was very tense about me overspending, leaving us stranded in Singapore with no bus fares.
I still remember what I tried on. A pink Princess Ribbon Drop jumperskirt which I really really wanted but there were yellow stains due to aging so my mother said no. I tried on a black AATP jumperskirt which was very tight so it was a no-no too. Then there was the Paris Windows lavender jumperskirt, a pink rococo jumperskirt, pink floral jumperskirt, mother goose skirt, blue back-bustle and also the Baby cherry skirt. It was fun but I ended up purchasing only the lucky pack.
Joie the shopkeeper opened the lucky pack for me, it was such a scary moment in case I got something I did not want, but I was really glad when she said,"It's pink!" Just like at birth where the surgeon says,"It's a girl!" or a guy for that matter but I do not care about births right now.
Ta-dah! I was very proud to walk around Singapore holding the paperbag :D
