Nothing in the world more powerful than a mother's love. Those who have known it are truly the lucky ones. Thanks for passing on such a beautiful gift to your boy... he's fortunate to have you.

I am so glad your son is all right. What a terrifying experience!

It was truly terrifying. I write about it still, because it affects me still! It probably always will. It took about two years before I could write about it at all, but then I did, and have intermittently since then.

Thank you, I'm so glad he's all right, too! He is my little love. <3 :)

I see in the tags you named your son Homer! That's a great name! Am so glad your son is healthy! It's terrifying when a newborn (been there) is ill. I like how you 'delivered' this prompt to us! Peace and hugs to you and your son! ~~~D

Thank you so much! It was my husband's idea to name him Homer, and I can't believe now that I was nervous about it, that maybe people wouldn't like it, or that our son wouldn't like it. So silly now, as I've only gotten really positive comments about his name, and we all love it, including our kiddo himself. :)

I'm sorry you had an ill newborn as well. It is the hardest thing.

Thank you, and peace and hugs to you too! <3
