I adore thinking of you giggling while hiccuping. Next time I get the hiccups, I'm going to think of you laughing. If I were there and that was happening, I'd be giggling right along with you!

That's so cute how much you loved staying in the pool. I was the same way, and now Homer is the same way with me. Even though it wasn't the best habit, almost every day we'd either get candy at the candy stand after swimming, or we'd drive to Arby's and get jamocha shakes. (We didn't even realize it at the time, but those totally have coffee/caffeine in them!) So good, though. Jamocha shakes still remind me of the pool every time I think of them.

I love how you wrote that about trees!!! I had to look up that poem and it is a lovely one. :)
