which aint going to happen in our household!
(we may have to split the run into two halves so never the twain shall meet as they say *g* although Bert hasn't shown any interest in Pip yet - whether its becasue Pip is a different breed or possibly another cock, which we don't know yet as Pip hasn't laid any egges yet) So for the time being we're hoping that Pip is still female; a hen and will be starting to lay eggs soon........
cocks also crow - sounds like COCKaDOODLEdoo - mostly at dawn, some do it throughout the day, Bert seems to be just crowing for attention when he knows we're up and about and we haven't been to let him and Pip out yet. typical male pandering for our immediate attention *g*
