We love their pizza dough too. We do pizza variations, based on recipes that were in Real Simple a couple years ago. One of our favorites is thinly sliced boiled potatoes and carmelized onions topped with a drizzle of ranch dressing (I use the "lite" variety) and a little bit of grated cheese (I use whatever I have on hand). Another favorite is hummus, sliced tomatoes and feta. You could add olives too, but we don't usually have any on hand as neither Ron nor I are particularly excited about olives.
Mmm, that sounds good! We do chevre and spinach and sundried tomatoes and olive oil and oregano. Also, a bunch of carnivorous pizza combinations that would not interest you.
How do you cook it and do you have a hard time rolling it out. The kids made pizza with their nanny and she said they had a hard time getting it right... I might need some guidence!
