yeah whole foods goes well with exercise and good health-for example they don't carry any foods that contain artificial colors or flavors, in fact they have a whole list of "unacceptable" food ingredients that they don't carry. So if you buy something at whole foods you can be pretty sure of it's goodness (or at least it's "not badness") for you :-)
