LOL - I must admit, giving up caffeine and coffee (or strong tea) was one of the harder things I did for myself. But although I miss it sometimes, I'm still quite happy to have it out of my life. Still, I remember those days well and how wonderful it could be.

For me, it's hard to imagine mornings without coffe, but you know what? Only one. I drink only one cup of coffee a day. And I'll add - a small one. I am not one of those people who drink liters of it.
But that one? Don't anybody dare take it away from me... :)))
