I don't usually put pics up, but these amused me. I very rarely go out with work collegues, but it was amazing what a few drinks can do to people.

None really, cut out the crap like pic n mix *sob sob* ate around 1100 calories a day and then did my good old 'Billy Blank tae-bo' kick boxing dvd three times a week. It was the exercise that worked definitely though..
