Hey! Just checking this out while I was listening to music last night. Seriously...I'm not stalking you. :)

BACON CAKE: If you are going to attempt to make it better, consider trying a brown sugar and butter crust on the bacon. Melt the brown sugar with a small amount of butter and a dash of salt (I know that it sounds weird, but you need the salt to really bring out the flavor). Spoon the mixture over the bacon and cook it in the oven on a lined cookie sheet instead of in a frying pan. I haven't made it, so it might take a little practice to get the consistency correct. Kinda like a praline. Yum...Bacon Pralines.
