Looking at a Blackbird

Uneventful days are eventful.

Sunday I fell out of my tree. But it was okay, because even though that one really skinny branch that's pretty much the easiest way to get to my roof broke, there's this bird's nest in one of the branches. Every time I've gone up there since I've watched to see if there're any eggs or a bird there. There hasn't been ( Read more... )

I also like to watch life and nature go by. The simple pleasures are the ones I like to rely on in hard times.
I wish your luck with your CATS testing and also with your peom-in-progress. I'm afraid that plenty of this was lost on me, but I am new to this and in a lower education tier, so I suppose it is to be expected. Either eway I wish you the best!

(I've also just found my retainer and am putting it in after many months without for the first time tonight. Hopefully my teeth haven't moved too much...but I doubt it.)

I hope that your idea's pertaining to 'The Rose Garden' go down well and that you have fun in writing, andnI'm very sorry to hear about your teacher's loss and I hope that in time the pain will dull.

It's nice to just - watch the world go by, you know? It's odd, but it's calming to know that the world goes on, no matter how I'm doing. (Reading this, it sounds almost... depressing, but it's not. XD) CATS testing is just the state-required standardized testing you need to graduate high school. It was ridiculously easy - I got done in like 30min out of 2h and caught up on my zs - so thanks.

Oi, good luck with the retainer business, and thanks for the wellwishes on Rose Garden; so far all's well!
