First, I'd like to thank everyone for their good wishes concerning my mum. We're still waiting for test results and hoping for the best. The new pain medication is working quite well, and the physiotherapy gives her some temporary relief

Yay for new fic. Those poor boys (all three of them). I loved the pacing of this and how nothing was really resolved at the end.

Thanks. In the end, real life is like that - things are not resolved, left hanging. And we know from the show that many issues the boys had with John were left unresolved.

Good to see your fic again, dear. :) And I’m glad to hear your mom’s finding some relief from the pain. I hope the test results come back as you want them.

Nicely done story. I really like that it’s not immediately clear why John’s so angry at the beginning, that we only find out later in the fic.

Thank you! I feel like I've forgotten how to write! I have a couple of fics started, but nothing was flowing, then I thought of sleepwalking, and this happened.

I like the idea of a slow reveal as to why John was so upset, and of course Sam doesn't know why and assumes that John is just angry for the sake of it.

The story was a little heartbreaker. You're definitely not rusty, if you were worried about such things. This just makes me ache. Oh, Winchesters!

it's been a while since I've written anything

I know that feeling. It's been since November that my Winchester muse last spoke with me. I did manage to complete a long-standing WIP from an older fandom back in April but the well has been bone dry ever since. Now it looks like RL is kicking up by a couple of gears so it's doubtful I'll be writing before late October anyway, even if something comes to me sooner ::sigh::
