I NEED: To be more outgoing around people I don't no because i get really nervous around them and maybe they think im not fun if i dont show my real self when actually.. im pretty fun.

yea same here about the outgoing thing. i hate to admit it, but i to am a little nervous around new ppl, but then i make a few sarcastic comments, and then were friends. sometimes it works, sometimes i get smacked upside the head, but hell, thats life. like soccer for instance, i didnt know like anybody on the team, but i made a few sarcastic remarks, ran a few laps as punishment, and after that i was friends with pretty much everybody after that.
