I'm anemic and I have a heart murmur. Whoohoo. Went to the doctor for my last physical before I leave town. I've been little miss sleepy lately cause my iron levels are way way down. The murmur is probably just cause of the anemia, but I still have to get an echo thingy my last day of work. And take antibiotics before I go to the dentist. Pha
