hot = not cold, but i'm not hot

Quickie update:
I'm still not hot.  It's been very hot, but I've only managed to get a few minutes of hot.  Therefore, next blood work day I'm going to ask my hematologist WHY exactly I'm so not hot.  I have cold flashes.  Not hot flashes.  Then I thought.. hmnn, maybe what I think is cold is what other people think is hot?  Like maybe i think this
