i am still trying to find out about prytania...and i am happy that you are home and safe...the 4000 block of prytania...my friend is dying to go home, but afraid to go alone unless she knows it is safe and sound...

i'm pretty sure that area is okay. i'll drive over there tomorrow and check it out. there are a lot more people here than there were last week. some stores and restaurants are open, cops and military still on the streets. i feel better about being here than i would have last week. it's still a little too quiet, though. you know what I miss? that noise the streetcar makes when it goes over concrete on the neutral ground. it just seems real quiet here without that noise.

ya see, i dont know where ya live...so i can't picture the area with the trolley car, but i can imagine how soothing that is when you are used to it...

but i am desperate to know about the area i asked about...details just for you: a friend of mine's cousin lives there...she is in her 50's and lives on a very, must i say again VERY nice inheritance...but she is bipolar and has been in and out of let's say, "rest homes" and she needs to get home to have some stability...

Acutally she and I both live on and just off the 1900 block of Prytania. I'd trust her on this one. I was there last Sunday and physically the neighborhood survived pretty well. I imagine now that people are coming back to stay your friend would be fine.

Ms W sounds like we need to go get a burger soon
