I went and looked at a bungalow yesterday; I have put in an offer on a different condo, but it's bank-owned and they are actively jerking people around who've given offers, so I'm about to throw my hands up on it, even though I adore it

oh yeah, definitely. it's just frustrating to see how much more house I could get for like .. 10, 15k more than I can really feel comfortable financing. It's like :( sooo close.
