To remain competitive, most companie shave similar plans...so the deciding factor is coverage. I've found Verizon to be the best on this front, although they may not now have the largest network now that Cingular and AT&T have merged. I'd shop and compare Verizon and Cingular

I've heard bad things about Sprint, but that could just be my part of the country.
