Yeah, they definitely didn't take the offer. So, we're going back out to look at houses this weekend.

I'm disappointed. And I know that's the name of the game.

But I'm still upset.

Ugh, that's so annoying, I'm sorry. :/

If there was a certain price that they were willing to take, then they should have made the list price higher so that there's some wiggle room for negotiation. It's kind of dumb though, especially if the house isn't even worth that much. Arrrgh, people. D:< It's no wonder that house hasn't been selling with the owners' attitudes.

Well, hopefully you can find a house that's better and more reasonably priced and with sellers that are more reasonable. Good luck!
