the lost city of atlantis, according to greek mythology, is located past the pillars of hurcules. Now there is a debate on where the pillars of hurcules are located. The straight of gibraltar and somewhere in the Agean sea are the two places that most people belive in. I would say it is most likely an sunken island in the agean see just because there are a shit load of islands there. But i also think it would be easier to lose and entire island somewhere in the atlantic.
