I've run the past three days. I surprised even myself. Although I think I halfway cheated. I bought a slick new pair of running shorts, pretty short, adidas, for a cool $30. I knew that if I bought them and two pairs of $7 socks that I would be pissed if I didn't use them ( Read more... )

Just so you know. A good pair of running shoes will always cost your more than $60. A great pair (like mine with stability, cushion and supinator control) will cost well over $100. It depends on how many miles your putting on them. Don't run anything over about 3 miles ever other day if you plan on wearing thiry dollar shoes otherwise your feet, ankles, heels, knees, and shins will pay.

No no no, I bought thirty dollar shorts..... my shoes are saucony omni 3's with wicked stability bc im a crazy overpronator.... usually like $90 but i got a sweet deal on them.. ill be at the party tomorrow, hope you're ready.
