Watching Chelsea Handler on Conan tonight whine about going a whole year without having sex. All I could think was, "it doesn't start getting tough until the third...".

I still haven't gotten the hang of this nonsense, but then, as I look around, wonder if anybody has...

Sometimes, even music is painful.

I have learned that what I want simply doesn't matter. I wish people around me would accept that too, and stop harassing me about things I have no control over. They aren't cheering me up, they only serve to make me feel worse.

Friday: "He has stolen from me, again, we are so through!"

Saturday: "He was lying to me, again, we are so through!"

Sunday: "We're getting married next week!"

And you wonder why I can't figure out women...

All the talk she has done about nihilistic relationships, come to find out, those were her goals. Why else would she keep going back to someone who lies to her, steals from her, and performs acts of violence against her.. Some days you just want to lay in bed and cry...

I haven't fallen into the depression that usually follows after such events. No hiding my mirrors, and convincing myself I'm a horrible person.

I did the best I could, better than most. Sometimes things simply don't work. There is no harm in that. Am I disappointed? Yes, but there is no sense in dwelling on it.
