Things I learned over Thanksgiving weekend

• We knew Grandma had selective hearing. The same is true for her vision.
• She also likes sarcasm, just doesn't know the real definition.
• There's good reason my father does not work at a bank.
• Simon cannot beat me down a hill with one binding no matter how much I "cheat."

Things I learned:

Manton never changes.
Smudge is a better hunter than Simon will ever be.
Drinking alone in front of the whole family is probably not the best idea, but it's a hell of a lot of fun.
Craps is a much better game than anything else at the casino.
I really really like white zinfindel. (but I don't know how to spell it)
Monopoly takes longer than forever when everyone is trashed.
Ranger is still my favorite person.
