I thought the whole point of the company was to be brazen and not care what people think? This is just whining that people flooded his inbox and taking his ball and going home. Wah wah

Turns out this is an employ. Now I just feel bad that the guy lost his job because his boss decided to shut down the company. His point stands: it's small minded to assume that anyone making a joke that is offensive to a certain person is automatically against that group and everything they stand of, as well as actively participating in hindering the progress of that group.

No, it reeks of anger, which I can see since he lost his job and that sucks especially these days. His entire, angry, point seems to be that stupid people don't understand that people can entertain a notion, and make jokes about it, without believing in the message of the jokes they've been making. It's not that the point is wrong, it's just that he's making a very simple point and surrounding it with lots of frustration.
