That's awesome! Is she a falconer, or was the bird just visiting?

She was visiting the bird. She's on a TDY in England and just posted this on her facebook page, so I assume she and her squadronmates went somewhere that has falconers.

(The US Air Force actually does have official falconers, though - the Air Force Academy's mascot is a falcon and they have a falconry training class. My sister did various glider flying training programs instead)
