1 month since March 11th Earthquake

It is now exactly one month since the devastating magnitude 9.0 earthquake struck Tohoku Japan. I have now returned to Chiba, having taken a temporary break back in England. I wouldn't say I was 'well-rested' (I seem to have developed a conditional reflex where my entire body tenses up every time I hear the wall/floor/door creak), but I think
