My best friend Ter (ter369) passed away peacefully this afternoon, at the age of 52. She had been very ill since June, with an extremely aggressive form of uterine cancer. Oh man. Ter was a star. I know that part of her carries on in those of us who knew her, and I'm honoured to have called her a friend.

Thank you - I know Ter got a kick out of reading your posts, too. She has left a Ter-shaped hole in my life, but I just think of how many lives she touched, and I realize that her spirit is very much living on in a lot of people.
