What size pan do you use for the lemon bars? I have to make something for a family party tomorrow, and that looks perfect. Especially since I like extra tart lemon squares, too...

Of course! I usually use an 8X8 pan, if it's just for me (hee), but when I'm making it for a lot of people, I double it and use a 9X13; I adjust the topping amount by adding about 1/4-1/3 more of everything, because I like a nice thick topping. Let me know if you try them - I'm going to be making some this week!

I hope that you like them! I don't even eat store-bought lemon squares, because I adore these. Some people sift icing sugar on top, but I find them perfect without...
I made Caerwyn's Tea & Sympathy scones today for my parents, and we had a pot of Yorkshire gold with them, plus clotted cream and marmalade. Celebrating a little late, but it was lovely, and I thought of you and Caerwyn and that was lovely too. :)
