If I were to manage my time most effectively, I should either be attempting to sleep in preparation for my early workday tomorrow or I should be working on one of the many projects which linger in the nearby horizon. I'm very sorry to hear about your stepfather's stepfather. Alzheimer's and stroke-related illness is terribly tough on everyone in the affected person's family, but that doesn't make the final loss any easier.

Get this abomination out off of my planet!
Even Kaliri, my coworker with a personality, was complaining about how cold it has been, and she's lived most of her life above the Arctic Circle.

I'm sorry that the play wasn't good. :( I'm going to see Arcadia (with my little cousin in it!) tomorrow at San Francisco State. I'm rather excited about it... though it's been so long since I've seen/read it, I'm worried a lot of it is going to go over my head.

No need to apologize for the play. I went more so to hang out with my friends than for the play itself, and since they thought the play was abysmal and non-engaging as well, it simply meant for time for socialization.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading Arcadia, and since the narrative is complex and engaging, even if perhaps densely layered, it should be a worthwhile production.

It was really wonderful. We got there and it was sold out... so we sat down and waited, hoping a good samaritan would come by and give us tickets... and it happened! :) So we got to see the show. It was wonderful.
