and poor bonnie lives in fucking elk creek
you don't know nothing till you been to elk creek..lol
they don't even have a grocery store
all they got is fucking cows and a gas station
it's 35 minutes to anywhere
yep.. right next to troutdale
off of old fries road
go down past turkey knob and clito
i'm not joking either
we got hillsville and galax and fries and independence.. those are the big towns round here
gotta drive an hour to see a mall.. lol
and it's in another state
and has like 5 stores
we wont even get into blacksburg, lynchburg, and christiansburg
fries is pronounced freeze by the way
adn galax.. the big city.. the one that has the walmart, it's pronounced gay lax
they have a walmart, a magic mart, a food city, a krogers, and a roses.. oh and a piggly wiggly
which i think is called galaxy mart now...
we did have a hop-in but it closed down
got a tastee freeze though.. and a west galax dinner.. and bubba's.. lol
oh and two clubs
the branding iron and pinkys
pinky's is the place to be on thursday night
but if you wanna drive an hour you can go to the mountain palace or karen's karaoke
we used to have a place called the silver spur and another one called grandfathers but they closed down too
the only decent place for youth was The Other Side and the cops harassed the owner till he finally had to shut down and move out of town
that blasted rock music!

we literally had a guy who came out there every night and would stand across the street and preach and try to save our souls
meanwhile he rented porn everyday from the video store my sister worked in
and there was the crazy lady that went to hardees all the time and bought like a burger and fries and she wouldcut them in half and put half on the other side of the table, eat hers, and then she would say "well if you aren't going to eat yours i am" and then she would eat it.. but there was no one there
and she always had an umbrella and lipstick all over her face
and there is also beulah and hurley hawks, and they wear earmuffs all the time, and he talks like gomer pyle
oh and mayberry is literally an hour from here
then there was the blind man, billie, who was always out walking with his dog. i saw him the other day and he like lost one of his eyes. it's sad.
there's also this guy who is in the store all the time that has no nose
