what you said about consistency is so true. it just becomes a matter of chance, "malas ka 'pag nahuli ka," which shouldn't be the case. and the paawa/pacute effect does not work at all times. sometimes you'd get into deeper trouble because of it. it's just that some guards/officials/people are suckers for that.

for what it's worth, i think you did the right thing.

Inez... :( It sucks when you do the right thing because you know it's what you should do (kahit na mas mahirap), tapos may mga taong lusot lang nang lusot at walang pakialam sa tamang gawin.

I see it in all levels. And it's so hard to stay idealistic, because there are so few who still remain that way. But I hope you don't lose it. You're not alone, okay?
