I know just how that feels. I had to have Sam, the dog in my icon, put to sleep a few years ago. It sounds like you gave Brittany a good life.

Aww, Sammy looks like a sweet dog. How long did you have him (or her)?

Brittany was a puppy mill dog, and she lived a good long while with us. I do wish I paid more attention to her before, but I guess that sort of regret comes naturally.

I really still can't think about it, though I was there during the..process, it feels like it didnt happen, and each time I pass her bed,it comes back.

That'll last for a long while, I think.

I lost my pet rabbit Sammy to Dad's stupid idea of leaving out poisoned rat pellets.

Pets are like family. Inshallah Brittany is in a better place, Jen :)
