Doctor Who: The Idiot's Lantern

I quite liked this episode. I won't say it's my favourite of the series, but it was cool. Loving the Doctor's quiff ;) Very stylish.

So the bits I liked:
- Muffin the Mule! *geek*
- "I don't just know her, shes..."
- "Mum dated a sailor." "I bet she did."
- Rose knowing all about the Union Flag.
- Tommy knowing how to fix the tape recorder.
- "I just invented the home video recorder 30 years early. Betamax though."
- "I'm gonna tape over it."

All in all, a generally nice episode, set in a different time period but still suitably Dr Who-ish. I missed the part before the credits though, so I didn't quite catch it all. Perhaps not as action packed as previous, but it was still enjoyable. Would like to see a good action and character building episode soon though, I miss that sort of aspect from last series. Though Mickey in last week's was great.

All in all, 6/10. :)
