Doctor Who: Love & Monsters

This was a bit of an odd one. Not sure what I think entirely yet.

The first scene made me laugh at it's silliness. :D The Doctor dangling meat for an alien and the whole red/blue bucket thing.

How did they not hear the screams?

I did like seeing more of Jackie, we can see how it affects her that Rose isn't around, and now Mickey is gone too - you can see how she wants company. I was slightly cringing at her seduction of him, but it was sweet. Nice bit of character building there.

Loving Rose coming out of the TARDIS and shouting "You upset my mum!" and completely ignoring the alien.

Marc Warren was very good, he was sweet and believable, and I think he made what could have been a bad episode work out alright.

Not sure about Peter Kay and the Abzorbaloff, he was okay, but not enough of him to give a real opinion on him and his charcter. Marc Warren was better.

I felt the ending was a little rushed, with the explanation of the Doctor being in the house but otherwise it was ok.

I do not want to know how the lovelife thing works. Ewww.

Only 5/10 for this one, it was just a little too odd.
