Torchwood: Kiss Kiss Bang Bang
This post will possibly be editted when I rewatch on iplayer later. :D Overall, I really enjoyed it, I thought it was a good start to the series.
LIKED:
- Captain John Hart is all kinds of win, but the paralysis lip gloss seemed a bit stolen from firefly.
- Ianto being jealous was quite cute
- Ianto's joy at timing how long til the bomb went off
- Jack over bench - oooow!
- Owen trying to be all hard and action-hero
- John/Jack fight. Actually, the entire interplay between Jack and John was fun.
- John flirting with Tosh.
- The caring relationships shown between the team.
- "You live in a sculpture? That's so pretentious!"
- "I was hoping for a brief power struggle, resolved by naked wrestling!"
DISLIKED:
- The Gwen/Jack references, it seemed a bit forced.
- Gwen was still a touch Mary-sue, which made me sad but I'll give her a chance.
