so, if you are pale and at elevation, you start buring around 15-20minutes in full sun (for the future).

for now, make some iced tea, and take all the used bags, put them in a bowl, and cool them in the fridge. then pat the cold, wet bags on all the burn. the tannins and what-not will help the pain fade faster, the burn heal faster, and less peeling. if you are doing aloe, also, do the teabags and then the aloe.

Yeah, I was thinking about the time as I was going to sleep lastnight...next time around I'll only stay out for about that amount of time ( ... )

it needs to be regular tea (like lipton, black, orange-pekoe) not herbal.

i wouldn't do vinegar-- that's an acid and will make it worse!

Hmmm...well, too late for the vinegar. I don't think it made it any worse, thankfully.

I know I've got a shit-ton of tea boxes in a bag somewhere...I'll see what I can find. I think I recently picked up some regular lipton tea, too.
Thanks for the tip, I appreciate it!:)

Thanks!:)
Thankfully, it's been slowly fading away. It still itches like a bitch at times and I get that pricking sensation that tingles and hurts a little, but it's healing. No peeling...so far.*knocks on wood* Instead of Aloe Vera I've been applying this Cocoa Butter lotion I've got and so far so good.:)
