so, if you are pale and at elevation, you start buring around 15-20minutes in full sun (for the future).
for now, make some iced tea, and take all the used bags, put them in a bowl, and cool them in the fridge. then pat the cold, wet bags on all the burn. the tannins and what-not will help the pain fade faster, the burn heal faster, and less peeling. if you are doing aloe, also, do the teabags and then the aloe.
Hmmm...well, too late for the vinegar. I don't think it made it any worse, thankfully.
I know I've got a shit-ton of tea boxes in a bag somewhere...I'll see what I can find. I think I recently picked up some regular lipton tea, too. Thanks for the tip, I appreciate it!:)
Thanks!:) Thankfully, it's been slowly fading away. It still itches like a bitch at times and I get that pricking sensation that tingles and hurts a little, but it's healing. No peeling...so far.*knocks on wood* Instead of Aloe Vera I've been applying this Cocoa Butter lotion I've got and so far so good.:)

i wouldn't do vinegar-- that's an acid and will make it worse!
