It's funny, my husband saw your icon flash by and ask
"isn't that the young woman who thought about joining the troupe?"
And I explained about the NY to CO move and his response was
"Wow, that's a lot of loyalty to a boyfriend"
And yes, it was.

Depressed, I think you get to have that. As someone who battles it herself I ended up doing a year on Zoloft just to get myself stable. See if anyone offers low-cost counseling in your area. You don't have to go this alone and the loss of interest you describe-classic depression that will get worse rather than better if you don't treat it.

I moved from Tn. to MA and then from MA to NY for him. He kicked me out after breaking up with me/cheating on me, so then I moved to WY(where I am now) to live with my mom 'till I can get my feet under me ( ... )

Hey sweety -thank you for commenting, I appreciate it.:)
I agree -I don't believe it's a chemical depression at all. I don't have a loss of interest in life itself...but without Dallas in my life, looking at the future looks really bleak and lonely. I'm trying not to dwell on it too much, it's too depressing for me.

I keep hoping that he'll come back to his senses...that he's missing me...that our 10yrs. together meant enough to him...that I mean enough to him, still, to want to come back to me and give us another chance ( ... )

ditto on the others that's some of that's signs of depression. if you can't find cheap counseling and doctors, here's some stuff i've done (i've got a history of clinical depression, and it runs on both sides of the family bad enough for hospitalization). try and up your intake (food preferably, but suplements ok) of B-vitamins (try some sublingual B liquid), magnesium, c-vitamins, and carbs (carbs are what's used to make serotonin), and make sure you are getting enough total calories that your thyroid isn't dragging your depression down worse. (it happens to me. big time) things good for your thyroid include poultry (specifically tyrosine), magnesium, eggs, honey, cinammon, CoQ10, and endurance exercises (not so much running, but walking for a few hours-- that type of thing).

but mostly, you're doing great. you had a huge life-change to less-than-ideal circumstances and you are handling it quite well!
