Basically, we drove an hour to get there, had already signed most of the paperwork, the car was in the back getting cleaned up, and we just needed to go over the finance stuff. We had already worked a deal out over the phone, and they had the best deal, so that's why we went with them. Well, once we get in the office, the guy starts telling me about all my payments and stuff, and they aren't anywhere NEAR what we had settled on. So, he goes and "talks" with someone, and dad and I notice that the price on the paper isn't even the same as the sticker price. He comes back "I don't know how he (the salesman) got that amount. Here's what I can do for you." Which still isn't what we had agreed on. So we got up and walked out. They didn't apologize or call us later or anything. In fact, after a complaint letter, they just replied with another deal from another salesman. UGH, I was so upset. So yeah, if you're going to buy a Kia, don't do it in Chattanooga
